U.S.A. Mountain Running Championship

The 2008 U.S. Mountain Running Championships will take place June 21, at the Mt. Washington Road Race. To register for this competition, you must be a U.S. citizen at least 14 years of age and have a current USATF membership. You may note it when you register online or sign up at the race before the starting cannon. The U.S. Mountain Championship awards are listed below and in the awards section of the website. The top 4 U.S. men and the top U.S. woman in the Mountain Championships will automatically be selected for the Teva U.S. Mountain Team to compete in the World Mountain Running Trophy later this year. Don't miss an opportunity to take part in the Championship - get your USATF membership. To see how others did in the 2006 Championship, held at Mt. Washington, check that section of the 2006 results. Several fine performances were missed in the Championship medals for lack of a USATF membership. If you join after signing up for the race, just email us your USATF membership and we'll add it then.
